Business Development Representative

We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Associate to join our team in Sunbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working towards and achieving sales targets, occupancy targets, and creating a positive store floor atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets, occupancy targets
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with a passion for sales
- Proven track record of success in sales and telesales
- Flexible and able to work varied hours
Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £27,500 - £34,000 OTE per year
- A guaranteed bonus of £250 in the first 3 months
- A signing on fee of £500 after successful probationary period
- 25 holiday days + bank holidays
