Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Johnson Controls, Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving profitable growth in the European region by leveraging strategic accounts and partner networks to improve market penetration, supporting teams to bring on new accounts and increasing opportunities within existing accounts.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with commercial acumen and technical proficiency in the security products sector to make a real impact on our business.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around €130,000 - €160,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • You have a proven track record of success in sales and operational management in a multi-faceted business.
  • You have demonstrable expertise in commercializing products and designing go-to-market strategies with brand positioning.
  • You are technically proficient in the security product industry and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have recent experience working at a leadership level in the European region and extensive experience leading senior managers or 2nd tier leadership roles.

We are looking for a commercially astute individual who can build collaborative relationships across business areas to gain trust and deliver business growth within a systems & service business.
