**Job Description:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and caring Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting children with learning disabilities, including Autism and ADHD.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Providing individualised care plans in line with Ofsted regulations.
- Maintaining a safe and supportive environment that promotes health, education, and personal development.
**Benefits Package:**
Our comprehensive benefits package includes an annual salary of £27,528 - £32,072 per annum (£11.65 per hour plus 60% of the hourly rate for sleep-ins), as well as company pension, 224 hours annual leave, and additional perks.
