Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Burton. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with SEN and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher and other teaching assistants in the day-to-day running of the classroom
  • Assist children during lessons and school activities
  • Provide physical management and care of pupils as needed
  • Collect evidence of children's work to support their assessment

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Dedication to providing high-quality support to children with SEN
