Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development of our residential projects in the South East Region.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. This will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including tradespeople, suppliers, and in-house teams, to ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to the highest standards.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, site presentation, and cost control. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure will be essential in ensuring the continued success of our developments.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in construction management. You will have a proven track record of delivering construction projects on time and to budget, and be able to demonstrate a high level of expertise in site management.
You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and have a valid UK driving license.
