We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development of our residential apartments and new homes in the South East Region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades, and material coordination.
- Assist in ensuring that all construction deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.
- Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure the project is delivered within budget.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant previous site experience in building residential apartments and new homes.
- Qualified First Aider at Work and holding a CSCS Card.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
- Valid UK driver's license.
