About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East Region.

As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, from preparation to completion. This will involve managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trade coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to the highest standards, meeting Company and NHBC requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced construction professional to join a successful and ambitious business that values its people.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant previous site experience, preferably in residential apartment and new home construction. You will also be a qualified First Aider at Work and hold a CSCS Card. NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme, is also essential.

You will be a strong communicator, able to influence and work effectively with a wide range of external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives. A valid UK driver's license is also required.
