About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Management Professional to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. as an Assistant Site Manager for our Residential Apartments development in the South East Region.

As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, ensuring all deadlines are met, and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Site Manager in managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety issues, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
  • Support the Site Manager in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Retirement Living's desirable developments.
  • Collaborate with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to achieve critical objectives.
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Relevant previous site experience gained building Residential Apartments and New Homes.
  • A qualified First Aider at Work and may have progressed from a trade background.
  • A CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
