Assistant Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of our residential developments in the South East Region.
As Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Site Manager in overseeing the entire construction cycle, from preparation to completion. This will involve managing all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trade coordination, site presentation, and cost control.
You will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in achieving this goal.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a background in construction management. You will have a proven track record of working on residential apartment and new home developments, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and site management principles.
You will hold a CSCS Card and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, preferably on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme. A valid UK driving license is also essential for this role.
