**Apprentice in Organisational Change

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice in Organisational Change. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for managing organisational change projects from initiation to delivery.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Present progress updates to senior leadership using data-driven dashboards
  • Support and lead projects, innovating and simplifying processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
  • At least 5 GCSEs C grade (grade 4) or above including Maths and English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Salary: £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits such as pension scheme, health insurance, and annual leave.
