Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Experis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR advice and support to Service Directors and Senior Managers, leading on workforce strategies, managing complex HR initiatives, and supporting organisational change.

Key qualifications include CIPD-qualified or equivalent experience, proven expertise in senior HR roles, organisational change, and unionised environments.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £23,400 - £28,100 per annum based on a 30-37.5 hour working week and 4-5 days per week.
