Job Title: Oracle Fusion Project Change Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Change Manager to join our team at Skillsbay Limited. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for leading the change management strategy and plan for our Oracle Fusion implementation. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth transition for our employees and stakeholders, fostering a culture of adoption and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Develop a comprehensive change management strategy and plan, aligned with Oracle Fusion project objectives.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement targeted communication plans.
  • Establish a Change Management Community of Practice to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to measure change management success.


Key Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in change management, with a focus on Oracle Fusion implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion implementation impacts and change management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors and team members.
  • Formal Change Management qualification, such as APMG Practitioner or Prosci.
