Change Manager – R&D – 12-months - £550 p/d (Outside IR35) – Remote


An experienced Change Manager with a strong background in R&D and Supply Chain is needed to join our globally recognized pharmaceutical client on an innovative new program.


As a key change management expert, you will support large-scale transformation initiatives by applying advanced change management strategies, processes, and tools to prepare, implement, and sustain change across the entire program lifecycle. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and effective transition, monitoring progress to drive success.


This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in planning, managing, and sustaining change to a dynamic transformation setting.


Key requirements

  • Pharmaceutical background
  • Degree in Business related field or Scientific field
  • Strong understanding of the theory and process of Change Management
  • Strong communicator
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Ability to analyse change impact assessment


Rate: £550 p/d (Outside IR35)

Duration: 12-month

Location: Cambridge (ad-hoc requirements onsite)
