Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing trainer to join our team. As a career changer, you will have the opportunity to work with apprentices in Milton, Cambridge.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, coaching, assessing, and mentoring 30 apprentices who are going through their T1, T2, and T3 Plumbing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality training and development programs
  2. Mentor and coach apprentices to achieve their qualifications
  3. Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth learning experience
  4. Manage your own day, with full autonomy and amazing benefits

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in Plumbing
  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing qualification
  • A desire to move into a trainer role

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £39,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus a 23% pension contribution, as well as excellent training and development opportunities.
