Job Title: Director of Operations

Medialab is seeking a highly skilled Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational processes that drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience in operational leadership roles, with a track record of implementing and managing processes and efficiency. They will be proactive, data-driven, and able to drive change, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Director of Operations will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and identify cost-efficiencies. They will also be responsible for ensuring the effective use of technology, including AI, to drive efficiency and improve processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating existing processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Developing and implementing new processes and systems
  • Managing budgets and identifying cost-efficiencies
  • Ensuring the effective use of technology, including AI
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify areas for improvement
