Job Description

Job Title: Director of Operations and Digital Transformation

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations and Digital Transformation to join our team at the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our digital transformation strategy, ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives and is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the management of our operations, ensuring that they are efficient and effective, and that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver our operations effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our operations are integrated with our overall business strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and employment law.
