Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all documentation is correctly stored and completed, working with multiple stakeholders to monitor the system, update statuses, scan and print documents as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure that all documentation is completed and stored correctly
  • Monitor the document management system to ensure that all documents are up-to-date and accurate
  • Scan and print documents as required
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience working with document management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
