Huntress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Information Coordinator to join our team. As an Information Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing information provided by clients and subcontractors to ensure timely project handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Information Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date information provided by clients and subcontractors.
- Documentation: Ensure that all documentation is recorded correctly and efficiently using different software systems.
- Research and Analysis: Extract information from external sources to complete equipment schedules and review and approve information provided by third parties.
- Project Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the team when required and maintain project management tools to ensure the information is relevant and up-to-date.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales Administrator role, with a strong background in order processing and dealing with a high volume of calls.
- Technical Skills: Good use of computer systems and great attention to detail.
Working Arrangements:
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days spent in our office in Chelmsford and 2 days working from home. You will have access to free parking and a competitive salary of £24,000-£25,000.
