About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team at Kenna Recruitment Ltd. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing project-related documents, ensuring accurate and timely documentation, and providing excellent support to our project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, blueprints, vendor contracts, and drawings.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Create reports for construction managers and perform data entry tasks to ensure seamless project administration.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Design Manager and Project Manager to ensure design administration runs smoothly and is always up-to-date.
  • Asite Management: Manage the Asite project workspace, including adding new users, resolving issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Documentation and Information Management: Ensure that procedures are fully implemented to meet the requirements of the BMS and other documentation and information systems.
  • Contractual Requirements: Identify contractual requirements in relation to Document control and ensure compliance.
  • Form Creation and Customization: Create and customize forms and schedules for site-specific operations.
  • Documentation Processing: Process documentation in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner for internal and external teams.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Produce reports for department teams and chase outstanding documentation and actions.

Requirements:

  • Construction Site Experience: Ideal experience from a Residential background.
  • Asite Knowledge: Must have Asite knowledge and experience in implementing Information Management Strategies at project, region, or group-level.
