Construction Coordinator Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Construction Coordinator to join our team in Chelmsford. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from mobilization to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up new projects, including mobilization and start-up project systems
  • Manage subcontractors, management systems, document control, and commercial control
  • Support the technical and construction team in project coordination, document control, and project management systems
  • Work with stakeholders and report to senior management to ensure project delivery and success

Requirements:

  • Experience in project coordination, contract administration, and project delivery
  • Good understanding of construction projects and processes
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely
