Key Responsibilities

As a DVLA Enforcement Officer, you will liaise with members of the public, provide advice on clamping and fines, and advise on payment methods and other issues related to enforcement action. You will also work alongside other agencies, including Police, DVLA, and VOSA, to ensure effective enforcement.

Key Tasks:
• Liaise with members of the public and provide advice on clamping and fines.
• Advise the public on payment methods and other issues related to enforcement action.
• Work alongside other agencies, including Police, DVLA, and VOSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures relevant information packs are available.
• Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment is serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work shifts. A full UK driving licence is essential, and previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.
