The role of a DVLA Enforcement Officer involves removing untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA. This requires liaising with members of the public, providing advice on clamping and fines.

The successful candidate will also advise on payment methods and other issues related to enforcement action taken on their vehicle. They will work alongside other agencies, such as Police, DVLA, and VOSA, when required.

This role involves dealing with public enquiries regarding enforcement action and ensuring relevant information packs are available. You will also be responsible for ensuring all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reporting faults to the Manager.

Daily reports regarding activities will be completed. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK Driving Licence

  • Ability to work shifts
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Prior experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential.
