About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer-facing staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing leadership role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
