Key Responsibilities- Manage and balance customer enquiries to drive the optimum return for the business.
- Interpret customer enquiries accurately and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure strong relationships are maintained with customers across all levels.
- Engage with key stakeholders within the business to identify job winning solutions.
- Manage projects through the delivery fulfilment process.
