Key Account Manager

Permanent Futures is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing key accounts and driving growth through strategic business development and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and margin expansion for assigned key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and sales results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to achieve sales targets.
  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel as required.
