About the Role
We are excited to be recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. This is an unrivalled opportunity to take the next step in your customer service development and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer communications and interactions on behalf of the dealership, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
- Identify service needs and requirements of the customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Establish understanding and agreement with customers of work required and agree time frames, ensuring clear expectations are set.
- Liaise with the workshop to determine vehicle completion times and relay any information, ensuring timely updates to customers.
- Carry out visual inspections of courtesy or customer vehicles to identify any accidental damage caused, taking prompt action to resolve any issues.
- Regularly update customers with progress on their vehicle, providing transparent and timely communication.
- Process payments and issue invoices for customers, ensuring accurate and efficient financial transactions.
- Support with handling complaints in line with company policy, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure handover and administration of customer vehicles are completed to a high standard, meeting company expectations.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times, ensuring customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Understand and ensure all objectives are fully achieved, contributing to the success of the dealership.
About You
- You will have exceptional customer service skills, striving to deliver above our customer expectations.
- You will have a minimum of 1-year service advisor experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Experience with RTC & Kerridge /ADP Systems is preferred, however, training can be provided for the right candidate.
- You will have a strong attention to detail, with good time management and prioritization skills.
- You will be willing to attend manufacturer-training courses to keep updated within this fast-paced environment.
- You will be competent in ICT, Maths, and English as standard.
- You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
