About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive a premium level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as the vital link between customers and the workshop, collaborating with aftersales, parts, and sales teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services.
- Value every customer interaction, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, and strive to deliver a wow factor service.
