To succeed in this role, you will need to possess certain skills and qualifications. These include:
  • An appropriate professional qualification allowing registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • Registration with the NMC or HCPC.
  • A good command of the English Language both written and verbal.
  • Computer literacy in data entry and IT communication.
You should also have evidence of developing specialised clinical skills across the field of frailty, urgent response, and hospital at home care. Additionally, you may have independent non-medical prescribing or pharmacology level 7 profession relevant qualification.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyse complex problems and synthesise solutions to enhance patient outcomes. Estimated salary: £46,148 - £52,809 per annum.
