Children's Disability Service Social Care Professional

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with disabilities, developing and implementing individual support plans, and working closely with families and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Location and Working Hours
This role is based in Guildford and requires flexible working hours, including some evenings and weekends. However, we are keen to support agile working with a combination of home and office working.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong academic background in social work or a related field, along with relevant experience working with children with disabilities. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
