The RoleWe're seeking a Group Team Lead - Overnight to join our team, responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the overnight team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- To maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
