About Social Personnel

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our Adolescent Services team. As a specialist in adolescent safeguarding, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to create effective plans that address risks beyond the home. Utilizing cutting-edge research and best practices, we aim to transform how we support adolescents across Surrey.

About the Role

As a Social Worker in this role, you will work with young people at risk, developing contextual safeguarding plans that address risks beyond the home. Our new approach to safeguarding adolescents involves collaboration with Education, Health, Police, and other partners, allowing for an enriched, cohesive support system for vulnerable youth.

What We're Looking For

To be successful, you will:

  • Be a Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with completed ASYE.
  • Have experience or strong interest in working with adolescents at risk of exploitation, gang involvement, or other contextual safeguarding challenges.
