Care UK - Active Community Assistant Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Active Community Assistant. This is a rewarding role where you will work closely with residents, supporting them to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance to residents, helping them with daily tasks, and encouraging them to participate in social activities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.

  • Encouraging residents to participate in social activities, promoting their physical and mental well-being.
