The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 per annum, which is competitive considering the location and industry standards. You will work closely with the nursing team to deliver person-centered care, supporting independence and choice for our residents.

About the Role:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents, promoting a sense of community and belonging.
  • Support the nurse or senior care assistant in monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes.
