We are seeking a highly skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team at Campbell House in Weybridge, Surrey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people.

About the Role:

  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate
  • Support and encourage residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Help residents book appointments, arrange transport, and escort them on visits as needed

Requirements:

  • A warm and friendly individual with experience working in a care or support environment
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification preferred, but consideration given to alternative qualifications and relevant experience

Salary: £13.61 per hour, plus up to an additional £1.30 per hour for evening and weekend work.

Holidays: 28 days inclusive of bank holidays (pro rata if part-time hours)
