Care Manager Professional

At Signature Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager Professional to join our team. This role offers an attractive salary of up to £45,000 per annum.
This position requires you to oversee all aspects of residents' care, including assessing new residents' needs, creating and updating care plans, ensuring safe medication management, and identifying additional nursing or dementia needs. You will also act as an advocate for all residents, with specific awareness of safeguarding, mental capacity, and deprivation of liberties.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading from the front, using your deep understanding of care provision to ensure that resident care is of the highest standard. Your team will feel supported to do their best work, and we recruit the best candidates to join our care team.
We offer a range of benefits, including up to 30 days annual leave, plus 8 bank holidays, depending on length of service. You will also receive workplace pension, free meals on shift for staff working 6+ hours, private medical insurance, and company sick pay.
