About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stannah Homelifts. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our senior management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Reception Area: Greet visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the senior management team, including preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining calendars.
  • Office Supplies and Maintenance: Coordinate the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • HR-Related Tasks: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with other departments, including facilities, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate internal and external events, including meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Office Management Software: Experience with office management software and tools.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Warm and friendly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
