We are looking for a dedicated and self-sufficient individual to join our client's Human Resources team as an HR Administrator.
In this role, you will collaborate with fellow HR professionals to deliver comprehensive HR support to various employee groups across the UK operations, including international HR initiatives.
This temporary role offers the advantage of full-time hours along with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in project assignments and contribute to team discussions.
- Stay informed about legal obligations and pertinent HR trends to ensure adherence.
- Provide broader support to HR stakeholders, including potential international HR assistance.
- Generate, maintain, and manage precise employee records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Update HR systems with accurate employee information and monitor system efficiency.
- Assist with data analytics and reporting as needed.
- Ensure that accurate employee data is submitted to Payroll and that all documentation meets audit standards.
- Previous experience in HR is essential.
