Daily Responsibilities:
- Ensuring thorough debriefing of all personnel and maintaining compliance with all documentation
- Overseeing tachograph records in line with legal standards
- Addressing daily inquiries from drivers, clients, and internal teams
- Communicating with retail locations to update them on any delivery challenges
- Managing and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during night operations
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Tachograph regulations and knowledge of the Working Time Directive (WTD) is a plus
- Previous experience in a transport administration capacity is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A positive and enthusiastic demeanor
