**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Hub Administration Manager to join our team at Epson and Stelier University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Home First Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the coordination of the Home First HUB inbox, patient trackers, daily SITREPS, and reports to ensure accurate and efficient completion.
  • Develop and implement effective planning, coordination, and workflow strategies across the Home First Service.
  • Supervise and manage delegated administrators, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and develop skills within the administrative team.
  • Implement and monitor annual leave and absence management processes.
  • Maintain emergency contact details for emergency planning and safe working practices.
  • Participate in performance management, grievance, and discipline procedures.

Salary Information:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
