About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Home First Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions of the Home First Service, ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative services to support the smooth operation of the service.

You will have a strong understanding of administrative systems, procedures, and associated policies, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully managing administrative teams and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Home First HUB inbox, patient trackers, daily SITREPS, and reports, ensuring they are completed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of administrative support to the Home First Service.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Line manage a team of administrators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality administrative services.

The salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
