Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team and taking accountability for all aspects of the home
  • Fostering a culture of excellence in care and support
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Creating and managing rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels

Salary Range

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
