Warehouse Operations Manager

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's inventory management system. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of warehouse staff to achieve key objectives and drive stock in and out to generate sales.
- Working closely with the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure the store runs efficiently.
- Reacting to fast-changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe and productive working environment.
- Managing stock levels, inventory, and supplies to meet business needs.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A proactive and commercially driven approach, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to changing situations.
