As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading our store teams to achieve key objectives. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will make a significant contribution to driving stock in and out to generate sales.
The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse. This includes reacting to fast-changing situations quickly and positively, creating a safe and productive working environment.
Each day is different in this varied and fast-paced role, with a high volume of collections, deliveries, and donations. You will be physically demanding yet most rewarding.
Requirements- Experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry
- Desirable but not essential to have stock management experience
- Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Thrives working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to adapt to the needs of the business
