Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve key objectives and drive stock in and out to generate sales.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver key objectives and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.
- React to fast-changing situations quickly and positively by creating a safe and productive working environment.
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective stock management.
- Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Experience as a warehouse or stockroom team leader or supervisor in retail, hospitality, or another customer-focused industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Commercially driven and results-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Results-driven, resilient, and able to adapt to the needs of the business.
