Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Sales Manager to join our team at Experis UK. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable sales impact with partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial performance and growth with partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to partners and customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and analyze sales performance.
