We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to join our team in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire. The successful candidate will provide full-time support to students, focusing on behaviour management and well-being.
Responsibilities:- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement behaviour plans.
- Support students with their emotional and social needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
