We are seeking highly motivated graduate students to work as full-time and part-time Teaching Assistants in Primary and SEN schools in the Grimsby area.

About This Role

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to gain valuable classroom experience alongside their course or potentially pursue teacher training.

Working with local SEND and Primary schools, we offer a range of positions including full-time, part-time, long-term, short-term, and day-to-day placements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or teaching degree, or equivalent experience in a school setting, with a passion for supporting primary school pupils or those with SEN.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Have some understanding of SEN and be willing to work with Primary School-aged pupils.
  • Experience working with Autism, Complex Needs, or Medical Needs with children or young adults is desirable.
  • Manual Handling, Team Teach Training, or Personal Care Training would be advantageous.
Requirements

Estimated salary: £18,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
