We are seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a school in Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire.
About the Role:- This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, providing individualized support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the school community, promoting its values and building strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
- Provide tailored support to SEN pupils, adapting quickly to their needs.
- Develop positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to a supportive learning environment by upholding the school's ethos.
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting is essential.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate, are desirable.
