Teaching and Learning Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our academy on a part-time permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will support students with their learning and development, working closely with teaching staff to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff in the classroom, providing individual help to students as needed.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, promoting student engagement and participation.
- Contribute to the development of students' social and emotional skills, fostering positive relationships and behavior.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
