About the Role:This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, supporting students with their well-being and behaviour management, and collaborating with teachers to create a stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting students with their emotional and social development
- Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
- Encouraging student engagement and participation
- Helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for making learning fun and engaging
- A flexible approach to meeting the needs of students with varying abilities and requirements
